Altitude Group shares temporarily suspended pending publication of the company’s annual accounts.

A report has appeared in SmallCapNews (www.smallcapnews.co.uk) reporting that Altitude Group shares have been suspended. It appears that a review on the accounts with auditors KMPG was not be completed before the deadline. The review followed recent changes in senior management within the company. There is no indication of cash issues & the company has traditionally had a strong balance sheet. They also traded profitably in the first half of the year. The finalised accounts are anticipated to be completed in the next 2-3 weeks. Altitude Group own major players in our industry such as Dowlis, Trade Only etc.
