Promark Gifts Limited and Thames & Solent Publicity would like to announce that after much consultation, a new company has been formed, combining the assets of both named companies and is called Promark Promotions Ltd. This will take effect on 1st May 2014 under the management and directorship of Andrew Rosenberg, with Janice Ball remaining as a consultant for the next 5 years.

Janice Ball would like to thank personally all her suppliers for their support since 1988 and hope they will continue to lend equal support to Andrew Rosenberg. She has decided to take a back seat now but will miss all the people she had met and worked with in the industry.
