We are still open for business – Just!

Following last weeks’s Government announcement, YourPromo / The Carole Group have decided the responsible approach is to restrict our operations. The safety of our staff is paramount and consequently all employees have been instructed to remain at home. Myself and one other will continue to operate remotely and endeavour to deliver all orders currently in progress as well as responding to requests for quotations.

Until further notice our UK production and administration has ceased. However, our European Partners continue to operate a limited service. From the above date any orders placed and confirmed by ourselves, are progressed on the basis this service can continue to operate.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for any subsequent delay or cancellation caused by a 3^rd party change of circumstances or further intervention by the Government.

It is hoped this restricted service is of some use to our valued customers and before too long we can be back, operating at full strength, with our experienced and helpful staff on hand to serve you.

We will continue to review this policy as further government announcements are made but for now, keep healthy and safe, enjoy time with your loved ones and where possible help those great folks at the NHS and stay at home.
