Sourcing City has confirmed that its AI-powered search capability is now live and available to all Platinum members, marking the end of a closely watched beta programme and the beginning of a new chapter for how distributors find and evaluate promotional merchandise.
The AI Search button now appears prominently on the Sourcing City homepage, giving Platinum members one-click access to a suite of capabilities that go well beyond traditional keyword matching.

Why This Matters
The promotional merchandise sector has historically been slow to adopt search technology beyond basic keyword filtering. Sourcing City’s AI Search addresses a genuine pain point: distributor time.
When a client brief arrives with a tight deadline, the ability to move from brief to shortlist in minutes rather than hours is a material competitive advantage. The Platinum membership tier now has access to these tools as a standard part of their membership package.
What Comes Next
AI Search development will continue, with further refinements planned based on member usage and feedback.
