Two Merchandise World exhibitions will take place during the next 12 months for professional distributors at a venue in the Midlands. To ensure quality visitors for Merchandise World exhibitors, only professional distributors are invited. The Visitor Policy below details who will, and will not, qualify for an invitation.

Promotivation Sourcing Ltd and Industry Buzz Ltd (owners of Sourcing Machine according to their website) have gone into liquidation. Both companies list Andrew Larter as a company director.

The newly formed Promotional Supplier Partnership will be at the The Village Hotel, Centennial Park, Centennial Avenue, Elstree WD6 3SB between 10am to 4pm on Wednesday 22nd March. Lunch and tea & coffee will be supplied throughout the day.

A completely new Sourcing City 5 has arrived. Some of the new features include; faster searching, easier filtering, express products search, mobile friendly, crisp & clean layout and Image Search (coming April 2017).

Merchandise World will take place for professional distributors in Late January/Early February 2018 at a venue in the Midlands. (Note: MW17 will also take place at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire this September 2017).
