Meet the Team: Holly Nugent – Kustom Kit

This varied background has given her a strong understanding of both the products themselves and the decoration processes that bring them to life, allowing her to offer valuable advice to customers.

Covering the Northwest of England, all of Scotland and parts of Wales, Holly’s role is centred around developing relationships and increasing awareness of the wider Kustom Kit offering. When discussing her main focus, she explained: “My main goal is to change the perception that Kustom Kit is just a polo brand. Yes, we offer quality polos, but we also have an extremely diverse range that people don’t always know about.”

Being based in Liverpool, Holly brings a strong understanding of the northern market and the needs of its customers. She recognises that price is always a consideration, but believes the conversation should go beyond the initial cost. “We aren’t the cheapest products on the market, and customers are naturally going to be cost-conscious. However, the quality and durability behind every Kustom Kit garment mean you’re investing in something that won’t need replacing in the near future. It’s about educating people on that value.”

When asked which part of the collection she feels deserves more recognition, Holly was quick to highlight the layering range.
