Tech Merchandise is strengthening its focus on customer development and growth for 2027, with industry specialist Matt Pluckrose now working alongside Rishi and Senior Sales Account Manager Krish in a hands-on sales and strategic consultancy role.

With over 25 years of experience in the promotional technology sector, Matt will be actively supporting key customer relationships and new business opportunities, alongside helping shape the company’s product development, marketing and future strategy.
