Ella Long, CEO of Sourcing City, is pleased to announce her first senior leadership appointment since becoming CEO. Effective 1^st October 2025, Alistair Mylchreest will re-join Sourcing City as Strategy Director.

 

Alistair previously served as Managing Director of Sourcing City for nine years. With ten years’ recent experience in the print-on-demand sector, he will lead the development of next-generation services and products and bring fresh industry insights to the promotional merchandise market.

 

In his new role, Alistair will focus on launching innovative services that deliver greater value to distributors and suppliers and strengthen Sourcing City’s competitive position. Ella Long will oversee operations and work closely with Alistair to deliver the company’s strategic objectives.

Alistair’s appointment follows the retirement of David Long, who led the company’s services, product, and strategy development for many years.
