How to grow your INTERNATIONAL REVENUE: MAJOR FOCUS FOR UK GOVERNMENT’S WEEK-LONG EXPORTS CAMPAIGN
As part of The UK Advertising Exports Group (UKAEG), the BPMA is chairing an important discussion about merchandise. The special programme of events for the Department for Business and Trade’s (DBT) International Trade Week runs from November 6-9. The programme continues UKAEG’s partnership with DBT to support the industry’s global new business drive, showcase its role in the UK’s wider export strategy and the role of creatively impactful advertising and marketing communications in a brand’s international strategy. Companies from across the industry can find out more about how end users are seeing new markets and find useful information for their own companies. Everyone can participate in activities designed to help businesses, large or small, maximise their growth potential in international markets.

About International Trade Week
International Trade Week is the biggest export event of the year for the Department for Business and Trade, run to encourage all kinds of businesses from across the economy develop international revenue streams. Latest figures show UK advertising and marketing services exported £15 billion worth of services to international clients in 2021, a growth of 32.5% on the previous year, underlining the UK’s position as a world class hub for advertising. UKAEG is urging all companies from the UK advertising and marketing sector to engage with the programme and explore ways to grow their businesses internationally.
