An Industry Hand for India – Hype Branding

Carly Hamrouni of Hype Branding and Maya Jayaratnam of Brand Alchemists recently traveled to Kerala in South India where they were deeply affected by what they saw at a local orphanage. Both Maya & Carly were shocked and deeply saddened to witness 400 people sleeping on a dirty, cold stone floor without sheets or mats. Their ages ranged from 1 and 103, half were children and many of them were mentally challenged.

The girls approached a local mattress manufacturer, who agreed to make single bed sized mattresses at cost price of just £6.30 per mattress. He can have them made within 4 days of placing the order.

The recent hot weather has made our beds uncomfortable, but could we ever imagine having no bed at all?
