We have once again received multiple complaints about ‘We Can Brand It’, a Newcastle-upon-Tyne based company which we understand is owned by Bdistinctive Ltd (founded on 16 Aug 2013). The company has a sole director, Nick Underwood-Lee. On visiting the ‘We Can Brand It’ website it is not clear that the trading company is owned by Bdistinctive Ltd.

The complaints relate to distributors paying for orders on a pro-forma basis and the orders then not being fulfilled. A charity has also been affected as an online article on the Get Surrey website reports. Woking and Sam Beare Hospices paid in advance for 1000 Tee-Shirts, and only received 100. DueDil shows thirteen companies at which Nicholas Underwood-Lee has been a director (Including; The Impression Business Ltd and Usb Direct Ltd). Eleven of these companies are now dissolved and some carry notes relating to ‘Possible Adverse Information’ and ‘London Gazette Notices.’

It is also show on Duedil that Nicholas Underwood-Lee is currently a director at Bdistinctive Ltd and Logoservices Ltd. Bdistinctive Ltd is listed as being in a Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) and carries note relating to; ‘Possible Adverse Information.’
