The industry is sad to seeing the passing of David Gorwood, an industry stalwart and memorable character.  David, formerly of Jarvis Porter, and more recently Promotional Identity in York, lost his battle with illness earlier this month at the age of 67.

All that knew David will recall his larger than life personality and many years in the industry. David was a passionate Rugby League man, and a director of York City Knights until 2007.  He was heavily involved with the York City Knights from when the club formed in 2002, and as a vice-president, he did a lot of work on the merchandise and continued to help out even after leaving the board.

Our sincere condolences go to David’s wife Alison and all of David’s family and friends.
