Certified wholly women-owned business Outstanding Branding, a global distributor of promotional merchandise, were this month delighted to reward Finance Manager, Rhys Bailey, for his completion of 5 years’ service with a Tag Heuer Formula One watch.

“Loyalty means a great deal to us at Outstanding Branding”, commented Sales & Marketing Director, Andy Thorne.  “It’s so important to show our gratitude to our team for their hard work and we were thrilled to be able to present Rhys with this beautiful watch.  I hope that he will always see it as a token of our respect and appreciation for everything he has done, and continues to do for the company”.

The watch was presented at the monthly Company Meeting, where Rhys was invited to say a few words about his time with the company.

“I joined Outstanding Branding 5 years ago as a temporary administration assistant, intending to work for a few months.  However, I was offered an opportunity to work in the Finance department, and realised that accountancy was the career I wanted to pursue”, said Bailey.  “Outstanding Branding has supported me through my AAT Level 2 finance qualifications and I have now progressed to the role of Finance Manager.  It’s been a great opportunity for me, and I’m hugely grateful to Andy and Sarah for the opportunities they’ve given me”.
