Promotional writing instrument specialists The Pen Warehouse, and Snap Products, leaders in digitally printed merchandise, have expanded their Human Resources department through the appointment of Charlotte New as Human Resources Assistant. Charlotte is supporting Leanne Sanders, HR Manager who joined the businesses this summer.

Having previously headed-up the Customer Services team, Charlotte wanted to apply her invaluable industry and company knowledge to a challenging new role. The move proved to be a perfect fit with the companies’ commitment to invest in its 240 staff through training, support and wellbeing initiatives.

Retention of quality staff is a matter of huge importance to The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products and, as such, opportunities are always offered internally allowing for career progression.  Charlotte’s replacement is currently being trained and will be announced in the New Year, the role continues to report into Matthew Dyl, Head of Sales.

Charlotte has expressed her enthusiasm for her new role, stating: “The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products are a fantastic company to work for and since joining in 2016 as Customer Services Manager, I’ve received nothing but support and encouragement to advance my career. This inspired me to take the next step and pursue an area of great interest to me. It has also given me the opportunity to learn a new side of the business while utilising my existing industry knowledge.”
