The Pen Warehouse and Snap Products teams have joined forces for Meet the Team Monday: a brand-new feature to help customers put a face to the employees they regularly correspond with.
Both companies work on an Account Team and Manager model in Customer Service, and this will give the reader the chance to get to know the people they deal with day-to-day. Each month, a different member of the team, through a question and answer format, will explain their role and their favourite products as well as impart some of their knowledge around branding or topics such as sustainability.
Operations Director, Helen Dyl, speaks of the new feature, stating: “Email and telephone can at times be remote and when you deal with a person regularly, it’s always nice to know a little more about them. We want our customers to be able to connect with our employees more easily and Meet The Team Monday is an engaging way to make that happen. Internally, we have also gotten to know our teams better – and that can only be a good thing!”
