Steel City Marketing were on the receiving end of some good news this week. Managing Director James Biggin has been selected by Yorkshire Business Insider as one of the “42 under 42 winners”.

Each year the publication showcases 42 of the regions brightest business talents under the age of 42. “I was delighted to hear that I have selected for the ‘class of 2014’. This is a pretty special group to be a member of as I am not getting any younger. I also know that were it not for the how well we are all working together as a team and how the company is performing under my stewardship, we wouldn’t be on their radar. There were some off the wall questions asked including ‘describing yourself in a tweet’ and ‘making a Dragons Den style pitch’ about why Steel City has the WOW factor, but the question they published for all winners was ‘who was the most interesting person in your mobile phone directory’?
