We’re delighted to share the news that we have been shortlisted in three categories in the prestigious  BIBA awards (Be Inspired Business Awards) from the North West Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.

Being shortlisted for these awards is a huge honour and big achievement, since there is a lot of competition. We are very proud to be in a position where we are considered to excel in each of the areas below. This is down to the commitment and efforts of everyone at SPS.

Manufacturer of the Year
We applied for this category to recognise our efforts and achievement as a British manufacturer following a really successful year promoting ‘home-made’ promotional items. In particular, focused on the move of the Americano from a Far-East product to a UK-made item.

Change for Growth
In this category, we have acknowledge the massive changes we have been through as a company, and how they have placed us in a very strong position.

Business of the Year
We’re very proud to have been shortlisted as Business of the Year, recognising the efforts of every person at SPS making us the successful company that we are.

What happens next…
During May, the directors will face an in-depth interview for each of the three categories, investigating why we feel we would be worthy winners. These interviews will be very challenging and the judges will then select a small number of businesses to progress through to the finals.

The exposure we will gain through being a part of the awards process will really put us on the map as a successful and forward-thinking Lancashire business!
