SPS EU Ltd have increased their branded product portfolio with the announcement of an exclusive partnership with Moleskine, the iconic manufacturer of notebooks, diaries, writing instruments, bags and accessories.

The agreement establishes SPS as the only official supplier of Moleskine products for the promotional market in the UK and Ireland, a significant move which will enable the company to reinforce its strong position in this key segment for branded merchandise. The partnership has been created following the SPS acquisition of Ultimate Promotional Paper Products, based in London.

Phil Morgan, CEO of SPS commented: “We are delighted to add the Moleskine range to our product offering. The brand is synonymous with creativity, quality and identity; which are also core values for the SPS brand. As we continue to broaden our product range, we believe that this new partnership is testament to our strong position in the market and our reputation for providing high quality products with exceptional customer service. We are confident that our distribution network, branding expertise and sales and marketing processes will contribute to the further progress of the Moleskine brand in the promotional and corporate gifting areas.”

Alessandro Fasoli, Sales Manager EMEA custom editions at Moleskine S.p.A. commented: “Moleskine would like to express its gratitude to Philip Hebert and the Ultimate Promotional Paper Products team for being a loyal and professional partner in developing the promotional market during the last 4 years of collaboration. The overlapping of Moleskine brand values and strategic vision with the core values and market approach of the SPS brand makes us confident that this exclusive partnership will provide from one side a smooth transition and continuity with the past, and on the other hand assure the highest quality service to our passionate customers in the UK and Ireland.”

Philip Hebert, retiring founder of Ultimate Promotional Paper Products, is confident of the success of this new partnership. He commented: “As a business, we have always been focused on developing the paper product market, and the Moleskine range has been central to this plan. I’m pleased that the brand will now be represented by an ambitious, forward-thinking group with great prospects for future growth and innovation.”
