SPS are pleased to announce the acquisition of High Profile, in a move that will further strengthen the organisation’s offering when it comes to British-made promotional products.
Following a successful management buy out in 2014, SPS has experienced excellent growth, largely due to a commitment to innovation, operational excellence and new product development. With ambitious plans for growth, the leadership team at SPS view the acquisition of High Profile as a fantastic move for Great British manufacturing, as both companies will benefit from the shared experience, knowledge and business processes.
Phil Morgan, CEO of SPS comments: “SPS and High Profile are a great, natural fit, thanks to the strong portfolio of British-made products. We’ve seen a massive increase in demand for our manufactured products, in particular drinkware, and we have been keen to increase the range of UK-made products in our range. The blend of our design teams, toolmaking experience and production expertise will be a great benefit to both companies. Additionally, High Profile will benefit from the design innovation and sales and marketing channels of SPS, allowing a greater presence in both the UK and Europe.”
Both companies are keen to assure customers that it will be very much ‘business as usual’ following this acquisition, with the two key contacts at High Profile, Richard Wood and Richard Hope-Jones, remaining at the helm. Celia Graham will continue as account manager, and all customer service and production operations will continue to be handled by the High Profile team.
