There was a huge interest in the Shout City Showcase 2014, held at the stunning Furniture Maker’s Hall in central London, attracting well over a hundred visitors from across the capital and beyond.

The aim of the Showcase was to inspire fellow marketing managers and display the best promotional products on the market. Attendees were also lucky enough to take away a ‘thank you’ goody bag featuring 10 of the latest promotional gifts, including a premium Moleskine and luxury Cross pen.

Fran Stobart, Director for Shout promotional merchandise said “We were overwhelmed with the support we had for the event, especially as this was our first, and it completely exceeded our expectations.”

One of the highlights of the Showcase was the guest speakers. In particular Ed Gyde from the Saatchi Group provided his insight into the complex world of branding. Louise Delany, Head of marketing & operations at Knadel commented: “I thought the event was great and I really enjoyed the Brand presentation, Ed was a very good presenter – interesting content and great presentation style.”

The Showcase was also a great chance for suppliers to get in front of the customers and explain the benefits of their products. Exhibitor Sarah Allison of Bizz Badge explained: “We had a continual flow of customers and were really busy throughout, taking enquiries and discussing products and ideas, the whole day had a real buzz.”

Tom Kingham, Marketing Executive and event organiser added: “Overall, the Showcase was a great success for Team Shout, the suppliers and the attendees alike.

“We are already working on plans for next year’s show as we look to add even more exciting surprises – watch this space”.
