The Christmas period has always been a time of giving. A season of joy, generosity and of course bad Christmas movies! But there are of course those who are less fortunate than the vast majority of us. Those at Sharon Lee have chosen to support the Salvation Army, located on Rayne road. Sharon Lee wanted to donate and volunteer to a local charity which supports and provides for the lonely and homeless around the Christmas period.

4 members of the team took a few hours out of their work day and headed down to help out in the kitchens. They helped serve the food up, dish the food out (including seconds!) and help wash up afterwards as well. In less than a week the Sharon Lee team managed to donated 8 full bags of tinned and dried goods to those in need.
