Sustainability plays an overriding role for us, which is why senator® therefore now carries the seal “Climate Neutral Company” since 2021.

GREEN ENERGY MADE WITH CLIMATE NEUTRAL

Our production takes place in the heart of Germany, in Groß-Bieberau near Frankfurt. This means not only a shorter journey to your customer but also our “Made in Germany” products are clearly ahead of other imported articles, with a much smaller ecological footprint.

A healthy environment plays a major role for us. That is why we pay special attention to sustainable materials and production processes, ecological compatibility, waste avoidance, resource conservation and recycling. For example, we only purchase green electricity from hydropower and at the same time invest in electricity saving measures at our production site.

 

Another added value of Senator GmbH is certainly the complete value chain in Groß-Bieberau.

An additional important step in holistic climate protection is the offsetting of greenhouse gases. For us, this means not only continuing our efforts to reduce them, but also recording unavoidable greenhouse gas emissions and

offsetting them through climate protection projects. For this reason, Senator GmbH is a climate-neutral company since 2021.

The two sustainable product lines, senator® bio and recycled writing instruments, are also completely climate-neutral in their production.

With the climate neutrality of our company, we support both regional and global climate protection projects. In this way, we also promote the achievement of the global Sustainable Development Goals, such as the fight against poverty or the improvement of living conditions in emerging and developing countries.
