In a move to reinforce its eco-standpoint, Senator HQ has taken the decision to power all of the state-of-the-art machinery at its Technology Centre in Germany by the local River Main, one of the country’s major rivers.

This further enhances Senator’s sustainability and eco credentials which have been an integral part of the company’s ethos since its inception over 90 years ago.  Ongoing advances by Senator in this area have led to developments over the years including all pens in Senator’s plastics range being manufactured from part-recycled material, with 100% of the component parts being non-airfreighted to ensure a low carbon footprint.

In addition, Senator’s highly popular biodegradable Nature Plus pen is available in a range of new colours for 2012 including orange burst and lime green, offering even more options for brands looking to achieve stand out with a high performance, stylish and ecologically friendly writing instrument.
