Promotional merchandise industry veteran, Richard Leonard, joined award winning distributor Outstanding Branding’s senior management team this month as Operations Manager.

‘Having worked at Merchandise Mania for over a decade, Richard brings a wealth of invaluable experience in a wide range of areas’, said Sarah Penn, Managing Director of Outstanding Branding. ‘As a company we continue to have aggressive growth plans, and central to achieving these is ensuring we have a strong senior team to manage the day to day activities of the company, freeing up the directors to focus on the strategy and plan for the future’.

Richard has experience in all operational areas, from order production, office management, and process and procedure implementation, through to team management and ISO standards.
