Following 3 years working at the coal-face of the business, Emma Cook is the latest in a line of Keepme staffers who have taken the opportunity to develop new skills, encouraged by the company’s ‘promote from within’ ethos.

Having spent the last few years as a highly experienced printer working across Keepme’s extensive portfolio of machines, Emma has been instrumental in maintaining the company’s hard won reputation for producing high quality printed promotional merchandise.

In December Emma decided to take this experience and apply for a role in Keepme’s busy sales team.

As sales director Steve Anderson comments:
“We were delighted when Emma applied for a position in our sales department. She has shown amazing potential throughout her time with us and is perfectly placed to share her in-depth knowledge of our products and services. This will clearly be hugely advantageous to our customers and I have no doubt she will excel in her new role.”

This internal appointment clearly highlights the importance that Keepme place on the development of their staff. As a company that celebrates significant levels of staff retention and loyalty, it is easy to see why Keepme continues to go from strength to strength.
