Promota have announced a new date for their EGM which will take place at Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, 11:30am on 19th May 2010. The purpose for the Extraordinary General Meeting is to discuss the future of PROMOTA in relation to the proposed amalgamation with the bpma.

Further information details including voting papers will be posted to its members over the next few days.
