Acquisition strengthens combined capability and supports expansion across the UK, Europe and the US

1 April 2026 — Promo Memento today announced the acquisition of Award Signs and Business Gifts Ltd, effective 1 April 2026. The acquisition brings together two closely aligned businesses and is intended to complement and elevate the combined offering for customers.

Promo Memento has experienced rapid growth over the last 12 months, and the acquisition forms part of its continued expansion across the UK, European and US markets.

Continuity for customers is central to the transition. All existing projects and ways of working will continue as normal. The team as transitioned to Promo Memento on 1 April 2026 to ensure seamless day-to-day continuity, now with the added support and resources of the wider Promo Memento network. Steve Ward will remain involved in the transition for the next two years, working with the leadership team to deliver a smooth integration and excellent service for customers.
