Pro-Ad’s 5th Promotional Merchandise Showcase took place on the 14th of March at the Newcastle Falcons Rugby Ground.

The Showcase, which featured over 30 stands from prestigious suppliers like Cross, Booth Brothers and Senator Pens was a great success.  Despite the challenging weather conditions, more than 100 visitors came through the doors on the day including delegates from across the country from Aberdeen to London. Hundreds of high quality enquiries where received during the show and 96% of exhibitors said that the show met their objectives. According to our visitors’ comments “the event gave them a much needed insight into the power of Marketing” and was “a professional gathering with an enthusiastic approach”.

Informative Marketing seminars presented by Gordon Glenister, the Director General of the British Promotional Merchandise Association, were also part of the day’s agenda. Over 50 visitors attended the seminars and found them “enjoyable” and “very useful in showing them a different way of how to think about campaigns”.

Pro-Ad is also delighted to have raised over ?500 towards the Cash for Kids charity thanks to their visitors’ kind donations. The charity draw included prizes like match tickets and Sunday lunch vouchers offered by the company’s kind sponsors the Gosforth Park Marriott Hotel, Newcastle United Football Stadium, Newcastle Falcons, Booth Brothers, Cross Pens and Xindao.
