Premier Print and Promotions Ltd had a busy and successful end to 2011 by achieving not one but three accreditations – BPMA Charter Status, ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.

September saw Premier Print and Promotions achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The entire Premier team is committed to ensuring they comply with their company objectives and will continually work to improve and review the effectiveness of the management systems and processes.

Following on from the success achieved in September, an announcement in December by The British Promotional Merchandise Association confirmed that they had been awarded their highest compliance accreditation and are now a BPMA Charter Supplier.

To achieve this accreditation Premier provided detailed, documented evidence of customer service and quality procedures within their business, including how any customer complaints are handled. They also proved compliance to product conformity, ethical and environmental values, continuity of service, financial stability and provided evidence of performance.
