Following the recent press release regarding changes within the main board at Polyconcept, as a group we continue to remain vigilant and are constantly looking to refine and improve our business operations.

As part of this ongoing process we have recently undertaken a review of our PF Concept International European operations. Here, we not only see a need to streamline and re-focus our group sales efforts but also clearly recognise the vital importance of a strong local presence and team, within each of our main operating countries.

This approach has led us to carry out a number of consolidations and structure changes, both centrally and within our many local market operations. Our objective is clear: to centralize where practical but to always ensure the key customer facing sales and sales support roles are based and remain firmly located within the local country market.

Within the PF Concept UK Ltd operation, we have also looked deeply into how we can move from a locally corporate based company, to a strong and dynamic local sales and sales support team, refocused upon growing substantial mutual business within our core UK customer base.

This will inevitably mean some changes, both within the UK team structure and also the basis upon which we work with our customers.  From the within  PF Concept UK Ltd,  this has resulted in there no longer being a need for the role of a local General Manager. As such Graham Winter, Managing Director of PF Concept UK, will be leaving the company during the summer.

We are pleased to announce that we have appointed Tracey Bowen to the new role of Sales Director, responsible for the PF UK operation. Tracey previously held the role of PF Asia Direct Manager within the PF UK team and for the past 18 months has been coordinating our PF Asia Direct activities at a Pan-European level. Tracey will take up this new position and lead the UK team, effective from Thursday 17th May.

On behalf of the PF Concept International board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Graham for his tireless work and dedication,  in leading the PF Concept UK operation over the past eleven years. In recognition of his wealth of experience we have asked Graham to assist, in an advisory capacity, in the transition to this new structure over the coming months.

We look forward to working with all of our growing customers, over the months and years ahead and to re-commit ourselves to offering the very best range and decoration services available in the market with the full backing and support of a strong, focused, local customer sales and service team
