CEO Sarah Penn believes the reason for the company’s success is down to their great team, company values and outstanding customer service, She said “It’s been an incredible journey and we thank everyone who has come on it with us over the years – past and of course present team; suppliers; clients; family and friends. It’s not always been easy, but it’s always been exciting, challenging, rewarding and fun!”

From the beginning in 2009, Sarah Penn & Andy Thorne, Sales & Marketing Director, had a vision of an innovative and unique Promotional Merchandise company that does it differently and they certainly achieved what they set out to do. Andy comments “Wow, what a journey. It’s been emotional. And we’ve done a lot good and a little bad. However we’ve learnt a huge amount. My philosophy of Clears Eyes, Full Heart, Can’t Lose has pushed me on through tough times. It means that much I have it tattooed on nape of my neck. I cannot thank the past, present and future members of #teamOB they literally are the GOATs of the industry.”

Outstanding Branding celebrated the previous decade with 2 days away at The Runneymede Spa Hotel, this included looking back over the past 10 years and the vision for the future, followed by the team Captaining their own boats, having some relaxing Spa treatments, chilling by the pool, and of course a fabulous party #TeamOB style!
