The advertising industry across the world mourns the loss of Hans Michael Höhner, the General Manager and owner of Klio Eterna who died unexpectedly on Sunday, April 9, 2017 at the age of 57.

Hans Michael Höhner was born on December 2, 1959 in Zell am Harmersbach and took over his father’s business in 1987.

As the owner of the Black Forest based company, he had been directing operations at Klio Eterna for many years and had established business links and friendships across the globe.

A very quiet and self-effacing man with a wonderful sense of humour, he was always there for both his customers and employees and despite the exhausting and stressful daily routine as General Manager he always had time for a friendly conversation or a joke with his staff.

The sentiments of the Klio worforce are that they have not only lost their leader but most importantly a friend –  he was a person who loved to laugh and he will be sorely missed.

Andrew Williams of Pencom (distributing partners of Klio in the UK) said: “such a shock and such a loss, he really was a lovely man who had time for everyone”.

Going forward it was the wish of Mr Hohner that the company will be managed by Mrs Edeltraud Syllwasschy.
