Reward is high on the agenda at London-based distributor, Outstanding Branding, where recently the whole company received an Apple iPad Mini in recognition of their achievements.

The company were set a target over and above their monthly sales and this was achieved with days to spare.

“We passed a lot of milestones in October and we wanted to reward the company for their hard work, determination and over-achievement” said Andy Thorne, Sales Director at Outstanding Branding.

“As soon as we announced the iPad incentive, everyone including finance and the admin team were ultra-focussed on the task in hand and everyone pulled together to achieve the target. It was brilliant to see and again makes me very proud of the team we are assembling.”

Outstanding Branding have always vowed to look after their staff, and this commitment shone through on their recent Summer party to the Kensington Roof Gardens, where they enjoyed a great time in the VIP area.

“We want to create a culture at Outstanding Branding that is fun, rewarding and progressive. We reward people for their achievements – although the hardest part of this incentive was tracking down 11 iPad Minis. The next incentive involves a Hummer Limo for the Xmas party,” commented Andy Thorne.

The continued success and year on year growth since they started in 2009 has allowed Outstanding Branding to grow to a team of 9, and turn over ?1.5million in their last financial year – with continued expansion on the cards.
