Northern Flags the Leeds based subsidiary of Europe’s largest marketing fabrics producer Faber Vlaggen today announced the appointment of a new Marketing Manager.

Joanne Morley joins Northern Flags to support the organisation’s ambitious growth plans. She brings a wealth of marketing experience from the client and agency sectors having worked in IT, Retail and Agencies. She will report directly to Iain Clasper Cotte Faber’s UK Managing Director.
Iain Clasper Cotte said of the appointment:

“We have been searching for 6 months to find a person with the experience to lead our marketing department and become an integral member of the management team.  Joanne brings a great mix of Senior Client experience and the pragmatism from having run her own very successful company. This experience which fits well with the entrepreneurial, client focused culture developed over the past 2 years.

“In the UK we have seen great growth from our core flag business during the Olympics, Euro 2012 and the Diamond Jubilee but also even greater growth through our partnership with resellers, print management companies and leading retailers and FMCG brands”

Northern Flags and its parent company Faber Vlaggen have invested heavily over the past year increasing digital fabric production capacity by 35% and adding Latex and PVC printing and finishing facilities into their Flagoa facilities.
