Suppliers will know their names, but perhaps not the company just yet. Nicola Elliott and Sara Guzman have been in the industry for a good while and are now in the market as Nicara Branded Merchandise Ltd, their new distributor company.
Nicola said : “It’s such an exciting time for us, and we’ve been truly grateful for the incredible support from our customers and suppliers from the start. There are some great new products coming through and with our focus on exceptional customer service, we’re building stronger relationships than ever. It’s a privilege to be at the helm and help complement our customers’ brands in ways they might not have expected! “
“Having the right software partners, support tools and information has been key and the team at Sourcing City and Promotional Office have been great. They’ve been incredibly helpful and provided everything we needed all in one place – the integrated Business Software, product search portal, and custom client touchpoints – we honestly couldn’t do without it.”
Sara said: “I’m thrilled to be on this journey with Nicola. We’ve both always dreamed of running our own business and I firmly believe everything unfolds at the right time. Our core focus is listening attentively to our clients, fully understanding their needs, and helping them select the right products to elevate their brands to new heights. Steve from Promotional Office commented that “It was great to have Sara and Nicola over to our training suite for a day of familiarisation. Even more importantly, we had time for a bit of lunch and decent coffee from the restaurant next door! Which is all part of the day, of course.”
