Neil, who celebrates 20 years of service later this year started with the Laltex Group during a university placement two decades ago, around the same time Premium Portfolio catalogue was launched and has never looked back!

A true success story, Neil has worked his way up the corporate ladder undertaking various key roles within the business and gaining a wealth of knowledge and industry experience along the way – something that is sure to set him in good stead for his new role as MD!

During his most recent position as Head of Promotional Divisions, Neil has guided the Promo teams in their success resulting in many industry awards and accolades over the years.

Dedicated to implementing a company wide training and development programme, Neil has not only fine-tuned his own leadership skills but has been instrumental in the training and development of others to ensure continues growth for an already thriving company.
