ON YOUR BIKE LIS!

TomatoSource are incredibly proud of team member Elisabeth Sheppard (Lis to many of you) with her efforts this year to raise awareness and money for Parkinson’s UK. In September this year, she will be getting in the saddle for a gruelling 470km ride from London to Paris.

‘But just one challenge isn’t enough for our Lis!’ comments Sophie Howes, Director. ‘Not only did her training start a few months ago she has also found time to slip in the Forest of Dean Half Marathon and coming up in July she is also running in a 24 hour team relay race which will be hard work!! You can do it Lis and we are all supporting you!
