After many months of careful planning, negotiations, architects and surveyor visits, the £500,000 refurbishment of the Laltex House is well underway with phase one now complete.

Since 1999, they have been based at the 220,000ft2 premises in Leigh, just on the outskirts of Manchester. Following many years of growth and expansion the building is now fit to burst with staff (and stock!) and is looking a little tired after all its hard work. That’s why they’ve decided to invest a huge amount of money and time into making the perfect space for the future of their growing business and an improved, personalised working environment for their employees.

Laltex are extending their offices, creating space for well over 50 additional desks and 2 sparkling new showrooms. Existing offices will be modernised and customised to each departments unique needs plus 5 fully kitted out staff rooms and new meeting rooms. From the outside you won’t see much has changed but the inside will be totally different – they can’t wait to show you!

With builders, scaffolders, plasterers, welders, roofers and decorators (just to name a few) busy on the project, Laltex are aiming for completion of phase 2 in early 2017.
