The British Promotional Merchandise Association have announced that Impression Europe have been awarded their highest compliance accreditation and are now a BPMA Charter Supplier.

In order to achieve this accolade, distributor and supplier companies have to provide current documented evidence of customer service processes within their business. This must include how customer complaints are handled. They must also prove compliance to product conformity, ethical and environmental values, continuity of service, financial stability and overall quality of product and performance.

By endorsing this, the BPMA have given the company their 100% seal of approval.

As BPMA Director General, Gordon Glenister commented:” I am extremely pleased that Impression Europe has been awarded our charter status. The team at Impression Europe are exemplars of best practice and recognise the importance of industry compliance and consistency in a quality customer service operation”.

Impression Europe Director, Adrian Stephenson, explained what this achievement means to the company: “As most people in this industry are aware, we are always striving to improve our company and the service we provide. To achieve BPMA Charter status is a reward to the whole Impression Europe team, as well as the excellent Giving Europe B.V. team, that we work with in Holland”.
