With each New Year comes a new challenge. This is no different for the staff at Heartlands Business Gifts as they moved to new premises at the beginning of March this year.  The upheaval, which took a full weekend to complete, has seen the company’s warehouse space increase three fold to accommodate stock for additional customers.

Elliot Sampson, Heartlands’ Sales Director, said, “It is a very exciting time to be growing at a rate where we require expansion into bigger premises.  It feels good to be beating the trend.  We don’t believe in hard sales, we believe in good prices and a quality service and developing long term and substantial relationships; this makes our customers return time and again.”

The company was started in a home garage in 1995, became incorporated in 2002, and has grown to seven employees turning over in excess of ?1 million per year.  Heartlands’ strength comes from a personable service offered to every customer, from individuals to multi-nationals.

Elliot finished by adding, “I am very proud of the staff here, they work hard the keep the ethos and mission statement of Heartlands alive, and the continued company success is down to the whole team.”
