“We wanted to further enhance the customer experience by ensuring that they received a dedicated account manager to handle the day-to-day requirements of their business.”
The remainder of incoming enquiries will be handled by a core group of experienced customer support staff, who alongside the dedicated account managers will ensure that customers receive the highest levels of service and cost benefits resulting from Keepme’s UK and Far East operations and expertise.
