Geiger have acquired Leatherhead, Surrey based Firebrand Promotions.
From the 12th July Firebrand will be known as “Firebrand Promotions – A Geiger Company.” And all Firebrand employees are remaining post-acquisition.
Geiger UK managing director, Vicky Kinasz commented: “By merging our strengths and expertise, we can deliver even greater value to our customers while driving positive change in the promotional products industry.”
Since acquiring BTC Group in 2018, Geiger have made five acquisitions in the UK.
Geiger, whose head office is based in Lewiston, Maine, is family-run business, with over 140 years of continuous trading. They have offices in the USA, UK and Europe. In 2021 the company had $243.7 million in North American promotional product revenue, making them one of the largest promotional merchandise distributors in the USA.
