Gateway 3D Ltd are pleased to announce a major investment into their business by the North West Fund for Digital & Creative, managed by AXM Venture Capital Limited.
The investment will fund Gateway 3D’s further investment in more technical, support and sales staff and in its IT infrastructure, supporting growth in both its UK and overseas markets.
Commenting on the investment Gateway 3D Ltd MD Andrew Talbot said “This is great news for both the company and our customers as we have been growing rapidly over the last 2 years and knew we needed to invest more in both support staff and
continuing product development. This investment enables us to make this happen now and ensure we can deliver a world class product with a world class service”.
Gateway 3D was founded in Derbyshire in 2010 by Andrew Talbot and Rob Bickerton and has opened its new head office in Macclesfield as part of the funding arrangements and in order to continue to source talented technical recruits.
Gateway 3D Ltd currently has customer in more than 10 different countries and the investment will also be used to fund international development.

Craig Slater, who has sat on the boards of several PLCs in the promotional product market and software sector, has also joined the Company as Chairman and as an investor. Day to day management of the company will remain with Andrew Talbot and Rob Bickerton.
