Following the success of National Promotional Products week, director general of the BPMA Gordon Glenister gave a key note speech to the Bardon Group at a recent conference attended by 150 delegates.

The conference, sponsored by Paperlink, marked the first time that all four of the Bardon Group franchise brands were united. Recognition Express, ComputerXplorers, The ZipYard and Kall Kwik owners were given the opportunity to network in an inclusive and celebratory atmosphere.

Group Managing Director Nigel Toplis hosted the event which was held at the Daventry Court Hotel. Said Nigel: “We were delighted Gordon was able to take time out of his busy schedule to so expertly address our conference on the power and importance of promotional products.

“This year’s combined conference gave all of the franchisees the opportunity for the first time to network across the brands and share best practice.  We arranged an action packed day with speakers, seminars and exhibitors and the feedback I have received from attendees has been very positive.”

The conference ended on a high with an awards presentation to mark the success of some of the Bardon Group’s top franchisees. Eight awards were presented in total. Six went to the best performers and notable achievers of the past 12 months in Kall Kwik, Recognition Express, ComputerXplorers and The ZipYard, and two Kall Kwik Centre Owners were recognised for 30 successful years of trading.
