Festive Promotions co-founder, Tim Cadel, set a new personal best in the Alsace Marathon last month.

Le Marathon du Vignoble D’Alsace is a run through the vineyards of Alsace with 12 stops for the local wine & matching food delicacies.

Tim commenting after the run said ‘it was a lovely sunny day (27.5c), great scenery, warm camaraderie amongst the fancy dress runners of many nationalities with fine wines along the way. My 6hours 2 minutes took nearly an hour off my PB set on the Marathon du Medoc in 2012 (through the vineyards of Bordeaux) – the problem with that one was it was 35c with even more wine stops!’

Tim runs for his local heart unit in memory of family members & in case he needs any more treatments.
