Cross is excited to inform you of a wide-ranging business enhancement that we have been undergoing over the past 9 months. We are implementing a single Enterprise Resource Planning system to transform our global business operations, allowing us to achieve operational excellence, and improve productivity while meeting our customers’ expectations.

Our anticipated go-live date is expected to be the week of 6th April. While our team has been working diligently to ensure a smooth transition with a seamless experience for our customers, we appreciate that this is a major undertaking and that there may be some interruptions while we adapt to the new system. Rest assured that we are making every effort to minimise any disruptions and we will be working to provide all customers with communication and updates to our implementation.

One change that customers will notice is the new formatting of some documents (such as invoices and order acknowledgements) however, the content is consistent with what you have been receiving previously.
