Epson, the global supplier of printers and printer accessories, have chosen Stay Sourced, the promotional merchandise specialists, to support their experiential Christmas peak campaign, and their Fly Away with Epson promotion, both will be launching in November.  

The promotion offers consumers who purchase a qualifying Epson printer the opportunity to claim a return flight to one of a number of European destinations including Barcelona, London and Paris. Supported by peak field marketing activity, which will work in conjunction with this promotion to ensure full impact in-store during the festive season, the campaign is one of the largest to be rolled out by the brand.  

Having worked with the company for the last three years, Epson rely on and trust Stay Sourced to meet with demanding turnaround times which are required to supply the range of promotional items needed from bespoke concepts through to pens, branded fleeces and jackets.  

Although the more specific plans for this year’s activity are top secret, last year Stay Sourced supported Epson during their peak field marketing activity, which saw the brand visit more than 100 PC World stores throughout the country over a three month period. The theme for the event was ‘Engineered for Speed and Faster Wi-Fi’ which was replicated across all of the promotional merchandise used.  

The team from Epson required 110 polo shirts, 220 fleeces, 70,000 bags of sweets, 50,000 pens, 30,000 balloons and more than 200 roller banners to be branded and supplied to each store in time for the activity.  

A spokesperson from Epson commented: “The Christmas peak campaign is the largest annual UK campaign that we deliver to customers across more than 100 stores nationwide. Not only do we have to make sure that the in-store activity and experiential elements to the campaign provide consistent messaging but also that the materials produced give the right impression of Epson. We don’t want inconsistent branding or poor quality items and we know that when we work with Stay Sourced they will deliver on time, within our budgets and to our specifications.”
