British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) Charter Distributor of promotional merchandise Outstanding Branding, is pleased to announce that a number of their staff members have recently passed their Trained in Promotional Merchandise (TPM) BPMA examinations.
Freddie, Kelly, Jordan, Holly and Tom have all passed, meaning that every single member of the Outstanding Branding Team have a BPMA qualification. Emma Reynolds, Sales Managers says “No matter if you are in sales, finance, production or design we think it is so important that every member of the team is knowledgeable in the ways of our industry, so if a customer has a question anyone should be able to answer it with the confidence they know what they are talking about”.
According to the BPMA, their Professional Development Programme has been created to “cover a broad spectrum of skills and fundamental aspects of the promotional merchandise industry, and exists to raise industry standards and professionalism”. Outstanding Branding constantly strive to outperform their competitors in both their level of service and industry expertise. One way in which they manage to successfully achieve this is to educate all of their employees to the highest BPMA standards.
The TPM qualification acts as an introduction to the industry and BPMA training course and allows members to differentiate themselves from their competition by earning an industry recognised certification .
