Everyone has been astounded by the success of the Greggs Vegan Sausage Roll, and the key to its amazing sales is down to the fact that it is being eaten by everyone, not just Vegans.
With this in mind Eat My Logo have developed a new cupcake recipe to add to the range of our existing cupcakes. This cupcake can be enjoyed by Vegans, Vegetarians and Flexitarians, and it’s even baked with Gluten Free flour*.
At a time when eating habits are changing and people are looking to eat more plant-based products, we wanted to make sure that everyone could enjoy our delicious Cupcakes.
Using carefully sourced vegan friendly ingredients, we’ve created a light sponge that tastes amazing. Production manager Val McArdle commented ‘Finding a recipe that allowed us to keep the same great taste, without the use of any dairy was an ambitious task, but we are thrilled with the results.
This awesome vegan option allows us to cater for everyone whatever their diet. Sales supervisor Megan Gaw reported that ‘With corporate cupcake orders, requests for a number of vegan cupcakes along with the regular cupcakes was a common occurrence. It is great that we can meet these requirements, with another fantastic quality product to delight our customers’
