Dowlis came to visit Kalfany Suesse Werbung in Herbolzheim, Germany on 16th and 17th October, 2014.
Most members of the sales team and Sally Day – Supply Chain Manager came to visit the Kalfany SW factory.
They were very satisfied with the standard of quality and the advanced production and packing equipment in their factories.
On the first day, Dowlis visited the production plants in Herbolzheim where they have successfully produced Fruit jellies and mould chocolates for the last 30 years. The factory tour was led by Anastasia Miller – Quality Manager, Jeremie Roll – Export Manager and Vera Jezkova – UK Sales Manager.
After the factory tour the company bus drove to Muellheim where they stayed overnight. Arranged was a typical German night with dinner. On the second day they visited the factory in Muellheim where Kalfany produce hard boiled candies. The factory tour was led by their Deputy Managing Director Klaus Richter.
After sharing many new product ideas, they had some time to visit the vineyard in the Black Forest area and to taste some organic wine.
Dowlis, the German team and UK Sales Manager had a great time over two days.
Kalfany would like to say a big thank you to Dowlis for coming to visit in Germany. They are all looking forward to cooperating on many new and interesting projects in the coming year.
